Study...Come to workouts!!!

This is a reminder that winter workouts are cancelled for Thursday, January 14 and Monday, January 18.  Be sure to prepare for you exams, get plenty of rest and eat well!  If you need any study tips, please let me know.  These grades will count for lacrosse season to determine your eligibility.

Workouts will resume on Thursday, January 21! I expect better turnouts to these workouts! The season starts in 7 weeks and you must be in shape!  Now is the time to set goals and improve!
